TERMS & CONDITIONS


1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of the Soma Massage Method module 1 training course offered by the Embodied Therapies Academy for Professional Therapists (known in this document as ETAPT). By enrolling in the course, you agree to comply with these terms.  

2. Course Details

The Soma Massage Method module 1, a 2 day in-house training course taking place on 20 and 21 April 2026 at 56 Beacon View Standish WN6 0RL  

3. Enrollment

3.1. To enroll, you must complete the registration form and provide payment as specified.
3.2. Enrollment is subject to availability; ETAPT reserves the right to refuse enrollment for any reason.  

4. Fees and Payment
 
4.1. The total course fee early bird offer is £499 available until 22/03/26 at 2359hrs. From 23/03/26 to 16/04/26 at 2359hrs the total course fee is £549.  
4.2. Payment must be made in full at the time of registration unless stated otherwise.
4.3. All prices are inclusive of VAT and any other applicable taxes.  

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. You may cancel your enrollment up to 20 days before the course starts for a full refund.
5.2. With cancellation of the course between 15 and 19 days, a 50% refund may be offered.  
5.3. No refund is available for cancellations made less than 14 days before the course.
5.4. The Provider reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
5.5. Each course participation is set at two students in line with the ethos of the Soma Massage MethodTM. In the event of there being only one student signed up for the course by 5 days prior to the start date, you will be offered an alternative date for the same course. If there isn’t a suitable one, a full refund will be issued.

6. Participant Conduct

You are expected to conduct yourself professionally and respect fellow participants and instructors. Disruptive behaviour may result in you being asked to leave the course without a refund.  

7. Liability

7.1. ETAPT will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property that may occur during the course, except where caused by ETAPT’s negligence. 7.2. You are advised to obtain adequate insurance coverage for your personal belongings.  

8. Health and Safety

You must disclose any medical conditions or allergies that could affect your participation. ETAPT reserves the right to refuse participation based on health considerations.  

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided during the course remain the intellectual property of ETAPT. Unauthorised duplication or distribution is prohibited.  

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.  

11. Changes to Terms

ETAPT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any significant changes.
